The CLUSTER Mental Health Program has been providing housing and support services, delivered with compassion, to individuals with psychiatric disabilities for 30 years. From its start as a single residential program, services are now provided in 5 distinct programs at over 60 different residential sites. The initial cohort of 15 persons has grown to nearly 140 individuals in our residential settings, encompassing 4 levels of care with services provided by more then 40 staff persons.

Results

• Client satisfaction rating over 90%.


• Almost 75% of individuals discharged go to living setting that offer comparable or increased levels of independence.


• Nearly 90% of residents in the supported housing program have had stable housing for 2 years or longer.
