Congregate Treatment Program

• Congregate Treatment facilities are "halfway houses" located in Yonkers that provides transitional residential care for mentally ill adults, many of whom have come from area psychiatric centers.


• Facilities are available for men and women.


• Residents learn various skills and techniques while staying in the CLUSTER housing. These activities include:
  • Acquiring daily living skills
  • Managing necessary medications
  • Recognizing and managing mental health symptoms
  • Attending rehabilitation counseling
  • Receiving substance abuse services
  • Developing social skills
  • Parenting training
• CLUSTER's Congregate Treatment Programs are licensed by the New York State Office of Mental Health.
