Supported Housing Program

• Studio, one-bedroom, or shared apartments are available in the Supported Housing Program. Clients either come from any of the other CLUSTER programs or directly in to this option as personal needs dictate.


• The New York State Office of Mental Health funds the program. Residents pay 30% of their income toward rent.


• Apartments meet Section 8 housing standards and there is no limit as to how long a resident can remain.


• Supported housing apartments are located throughout Yonkers and Mt. Vernon.
