Weed & Seed The Yonkers Weed and Seed Initiative is a community development strategy that promotes collaboration between residents, community-based organizations, local government officials, and police. CLUSTER Community Services has been involved with Weed and Seed since its inception in Yonkers. As a partner, CLUSTER provides services for children and young adults in the Ashburton Corridor Safe Haven through the Yonkers Community Action Program. Currently in the Third Precinct, CLUSTER operates a computer/homework help center at the School Street Housing Development. CLUSTER administrators are active members of the Weed and Seed Steering Committee and are instrumental in the continued development of Yonkers' Weed and Seed strategy.
