Study Buddies

• An intensive youth development program for Yonkers teens ages 14 through 17. A limited number of applicants are accepted into this year-round program.


• Participants are trained to act as mentors for younger children in CLUSTER’s after-school programs.


• Participants receive an incentive stipend and on successfully completing the program, a new laptop computer.


• Additionally, participants are matched with adult mentors who coach them in employment readiness skills and encourage them to continue their education beyond high school.


• This Program is supported with funding from the Westchester County Youth Bureau.
